Hey Everyone! I'm Back!

I haven't written anything for quite a while because once again I've let myself be taken advantage of but I'm putting a stop to it and taking my life back.

So, what's happened since I've been gone you might ask. Well, first and foremost, I got married!!! We were able to scrimp and save and get an officiant (celebrant) and wait the necessary month to to say our vows.

April 19th dawned sunny and beautiful. DJ and I were both so excited to finally complete what had been brewing for a few years. (Unbeknownst to us). I spent much of the early parts of the day trying to help with preparations and then in the afternoon I spent my time getting ready with my new friends, Tara and Samara. My makeup and hair were spot on because of them! (Thanks ladies).

As the time approached, the only thing I was nervous about was the fact that I'd have to walk down the aisle alone in front of people I didn't know super well. Before I knew it, DJ and I were face to face saying our vows and then just quickly, we were officially married. After the ceremony we had a couple of dances and some food and drink then called it a night I'll share moments from the day below.
