SENDING FILES
1. Send to Kindle Web

Visit amazon.com/sendtokindle in your browser and sign in.

Click "Select files from device" or drag-and-drop your document (PDF, EPUB, DOCX, TXT, JPG, etc.)

Make sure "Add to your library" is toggled on.

Click "Send". The file will show up in your Kindle library once it syncs.​

2. Send to Kindle Apps
-
Apps: Download the app for Windows, macOS, or your mobile device, then use it to send files.
3. Email
-
Email: Find your unique Kindle email address (in your Amazon account settings under Devices) and email compatible files to it (Make sure you okay the address you are sending the files FROM in the above Amazon settings on the web.)

4. Share

Share: In the Kindle app (iOS/Android), use the share menu to send documents directly to your library.

5: USB Cable (For Large Files or Offline Transfer)

Connect the Kindle to your computer with a USB cable.

Open File Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac) and find your Kindle device.

Open the Kindle's "documents" folder.
-
Drag and drop your file into the folder, then eject your Kindle in a safe manner.

Formats: PDF, EPUB (Amazon converts), DOCX, TXT, RTF, HTML, PNG, JPG, GIF, BMP.

Size: Files must not be more than 200 MB
-
Your Kindle will need internet to sync your files
