Finding the Reader in me...Again

In down times after the wedding I used tik tok to entertain myself. I liked a couple of book tok videos that came across my For You Page and an idea started to manifest itself in m mind. I could do what they do. I love to read and I love to talk about books. My only issue was that I'm shy and I don't think of myself as even remotely attractive. In the end, I said to hell with it. If someone doesn't like my face, they can swipe away from it. So, I started a [professional tik tok and started creating content. I have periods where I slack and don't post, but I always come back to it.

I'm having so much fun reading again! I had dry spells before, but this last one went on for years and years. And I've discovered that Romance is no longer my favorite genre. (Thriller and Mystery are favs now). I've also discovered a love for fantasy after years of not being able to get into it (my poor ex tried to get me into it for years. Sorry T!!!).

So, what's next? I'll be writing, book toking, and reading/reviewing. Look for my new review page here on this blog soon!
